Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in an unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA#) BEFORE returning the item.
If you want to return an item please call us 1-866-395-9763 or E-mail Us and we will give you instructions on where and how to ship and provide a RMA # to reference the shipment and help us provide a timely and accurate refund/credit.
Please Note:
- No two granite pieces are alike – making each natural granite furniture panel a beautiful, one-of- a-kind masterpiece. Natural stones vary in colour, pattern, and texture. The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample shown. The purchaser acknowledges that additional stone ordered at a later date can be more costly and cannot be guaranteed to match the original stone. All sizes are nominal.
- A glass tipping hazard does exist for some designs that may be offered by ASF Ltd.
- Some assembly is required.
- All ASF Ltd. tables are made to be static in place pieces of furniture and are not to be picked up directly. If you wish to move the item, please disassemble and reassemble in the location desired.
- Due to variable computer displays and their individual settings, Artisan Stone Furnishings Ltd. (ASF) cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy of the stone and or glass colours displayed on the purchaser’s monitor.
When we receive your returned item we will notify you by e-mail of your refund in the manner you have requested. Please note Customers who wish to return non-damaged items must pay the return shipping fees. A RESTOCKING FEE will be charged of up to 45% depending on condition of returned item.
Samples:
If you are unsure of the color of the STONElite panels, please ask our staff about the “sample program.” For $40, we will ship you a panel complete with return shipping instructions and prepaid shipping via UPS. If you use the panel in your order, we credit the amount to your complete order. If you choose a different panel, we credit half the price to your complete order after the sample panel is returned.
