What’s special about our packaging and Shipping?
When you get your item from ASF Ltd. you will find that each component is individually packaged.
By individually packing each piece we are able to flat pack your shipment with the carrier which means big savings for you on the cost of shipping.
If you ever do have a problem all you have to return is that one item and not the entire order.
We only have a few simple shipping rules to follow:
- Shipping for a limited time is free! All our orders are shipped via UPS ground service.
Please note: Ground Shipping to many US destinations, especially to the West Coast takes 4 business days via UPS Ground Shipping.
- If you need a guaranteed arrival date, please choose a faster method of shipping. You can E-mail Us or call us on our toll free number above.
- If you want you can choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight shipping. Please note that this is an extra charge. We do not make money on shipping; the charge is the exact UPS shipping cost from our zip code (18106) in Allentown, PA. Just let us know and we will take of it for you.
- We ship the same day up until 4:00pm Pacific for in stock items.
Please note: We only Ship Monday through Friday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will have to wait until the following Monday for your order to be processed.
- UPS DOES NOT Deliver on Saturday or Sunday. All shipping options are available on business days, Monday through Friday.
- We cannot refund shipping charges if your items did not get to you on time due to weather or when an incorrect address is provided.
